IABC offers members and non-members to profile their work and be considered for awards of merit and excellence. IABC Newfoundland and Labrador offers the Pinnacle Awards. The national awards are the Silver Leafs, and the International Awards are the Gold Quills. The awards consider work in two main categories: communications management and communications skills.
